1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions

Pack the items securely in their original packaging

Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Belle Havens cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in original condition

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please:

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in quality control, but mistakes can happen. If you receive:

8. International Returns
