  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery

Customs Delays:

  • International packages may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times

  • Belle Havens cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs

Prohibited Items:
Some countries restrict certain fabrics or materials. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

7. Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes & Military Addresses:

  • We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via standard shipping only

  • Express shipping options are not available for these addresses

Remote Areas:
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time. Please contact us if you have concerns about delivery to your location.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipment:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at bellehavens@outlook.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been processed yet.

After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for options after delivery.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members

  2. Look around your property

  3. Contact your local post office

  4. Wait 24–48 hours—packages sometimes scan as delivered prematurely

If the package remains missing, contact us at bellehavens@outlook.com and we'll help investigate.

Stolen Packages:
Belle Havens is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but stolen. Please consider shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature for delivery.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

  2. Contact us within 7 days at bellehavens@outlook.com

  3. Include your order number and photos

We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Belle Havens is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Additional shipping charges to reship items returned due to incorrect addresses

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
